Booking Information
Please state your preferred date and time when enquiring about an appointment. All appointments require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit upon booking. Your appointment is not secured until this deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation reply from me.

Please note that general appointments can only be booked up to 2 months in advance. This booking window excludes bridal enquiries.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations under 48 hours: Will require a payment of 50% of the remaining treatment price.

Cancellations under 24 hours & No-Shows: Will require a payment of 100% of the remaining treatment cost, as this does not leave adequate time to fill the slot.

Cancellations over 48 hours: Will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit only.

Important Note: You will not be permitted to book future appointments until any outstanding cancellation balances are paid in full.

Lateness Policy
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled automatically. Full payment will still be required, as that time slot was allocated specifically for you and leaves a gap in the schedule.

Salon Etiquette
To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure the best service, I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment if possible. All payments must be made in the salon at the end of your appointment, not later.

Health, Hygiene & Safety
Contagious Conditions
For the safety and hygiene of both my clients and myself, it is essential that I am informed before the appointment if anyone receiving a service has any contagious conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cold sores

Conjunctivitis

Open wounds

Other skin or nail infections

If such a condition is present, I reserve the right to refuse the service, and the full treatment price will still apply. This policy also applies if symptoms develop during your appointment, ensuring the protection of all clients and the hygiene of my professional kit.

Allergies & Skin Reactions
It is entirely the client’s responsibility to inform me of any known allergies prior to receiving any service. I cannot be held responsible for any reactions that may occur if this crucial information is not provided in advance.

Makeup Services
Evening Makeup: Starting from £45

Prom Makeup: Starting from £50

1-1 Makeup Lesson: Starting from £100

Out of Hours Fee: Any out of hours appointments will incur an additional fee of £15.

Inclusions: All makeup prices include complimentary strip lashes.

Nail Services & Guidelines
Gel Manicure / Toes (Full Colour): Starting from £35

Plain Builder Gel: Starting from £37

Builder Gel (Full Colour): Starting from £39

French Tip: Starting from £42

Removal (Without New Set): Starting from £20

Single Nail Removal: Starting from £1 per nail

Nail Repairs: Repairs will cost £4 per nail. This will be charged for any repairs requested after 72 hours from your original appointment.

Nail Art Bookings
Nail art will be charged according to the complexity of your chosen design. Please send a reference photo upon booking your appointment so this can be priced accordingly, and to ensure I block out the correct amount of time required for your service.

First-Time Nail Clients
Please note that I do not work over other nail technicians’ work. All first-time clients must come to their initial appointment with completely bare nails.
